COCOA EXTENSION PROGRAM

The company runs its own cocoa extension and value chain program for cocoa plantings and quality control form harvesting of cocoa pods, fermentation and drying with our farmers, this includes supplying cocoa hybrid seedlings, cocoa fermentary kits to our loyal farmers in establishing our farmer network, in establishing higher cocoa bean production in the years to come.

This is to ensure we yield maximum production output on the farm and final production on volume for export. We take this approach as product quality starts at the farm through to processing and delivering high grade premium cocoa products to our buyers & traders.

COCOA PROCESSING – We have commenced downstream processing of cocoa beans by roasting, cooling and peeling of cocoa husks with the machinery installed in our factory. Currently the output can reach 400kgs/hour of processed cocoa beans.
